Objectives
The purpose of the WCF is to support non-profit and charitable organizations thereby enriching the lives of people in our community.
- To support and advance charitable community activities or facilities.
- To promote and assist arts and culture
- To promote education through scholarship funds and special educational projects
- To support heritage and the environment
- To support and advance special medical programs and services
- To support sports and recreation
- To support and promote programs for children, youth and seniors
- To alleviate human suffering and poverty and support the needy
It is the Granting Policy of the WCF to grant to LOCAL charities for capital expenses or new programs.
