An information session for prospective Council candidates for the City of Winkler will be held Wednesday, September 15, 2010 at 7:00 PM in the City Council Chambers at 185 Main Street.  If you are interested in running for Council and would like information on responsibilities, time commitment and remuneration, please consider attending this information session.

Municipal Election Guidelines

Municipal Elections will take place Wednesday, Oct 27, 2010. For information on voting, please click on the document here.  Candidates wishing to run for election must pick up a Campaign Financing Package before they can begin their campaign. Packages may be picked up at  City Hall, 185 Main Street between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Please ask for the Senior Election Officer.
